Council Rock North High School in Newtown, Pennsylvania upgraded its aquatic program in 2008 with a comprehensive renovation that included a 4,000 square foot competition pool and complete filter room overhaul. Designed by Wallover Architects, this project transformed an aging facility into a modern training and competition venue that supports one of Bucks County’s most competitive high school swim programs.
The filter room renovation proved as critical as the pool itself—outdated mechanical systems were replaced with efficient, reliable equipment that ensures optimal water quality while reducing operational costs for the school district. Main Line Commercial Pools’ expertise in educational facility renovations allowed the project to proceed with minimal disruption to the school calendar, understanding that high school athletics programs cannot afford extended downtime. The result is a facility that provides student athletes with a competitive edge while delivering the school district a dependable aquatic center built for decades of daily use, supporting everything from varsity swim meets and water polo matches to PE classes and community swim programs.
